Although I didn't find it that funny to be honest, I do think it is a classic example of how Valve are undoubtedly the best company currently involved with PC gaming. I can't imagine an entity like EA doing the same.

i only found it funny because i dont play mw2 and from what i hear, its full of cheats etc, i think valves quick and mature response to it to be the best thing i've seen a games company do, especially such a big one, you can tell company image and customer sataisfaction are top priority for them, when i forgot my steam password and secret question answer, i had a new password by the next day, so yeah i agree fully mate, valve do rock, but left 4 dead 2 still needs something good, like a mutation that involves the old survivors lol, and some hit detection fixes..
