That's fucking horrible, sounds like the police have a lot to answer for.

As for the article itself: An estimated 1.4 million people took part in the world's largest techno music festival

They barely allow any techno there, for fuck's sake! It's all trance and housey poo. I fucking hate it when shit music like that is called "techno", which is a genre of it's own. The above reason is also why the Fuck Parade was set up.
