If I were you mate, I'd go for a low-latency audio production card with ASIO drivers such as one from M-Audio or Terratec.

Krash would be fine with a Creative card, any of them are usually better than the on-board audio.

will look into it if and when i get my pc back, the reason for why i dont have my pc, or why tee doesnt have hers isnt open for discussion in the forums, il give basic reasons to any that ask me in steam though, sory for the rather annoyed sounding message, been a really really bad couple of days

Exactly what i am looking at mate, quite a fan of M-Audio and their little speakers i got are fantastic monitors for the price. This is what i am looking at and its pretty cheap too ...
